Our process starts with a call to our office where our team will collect some very general information about the nature of your matter so that we can make an initial assessment about whether the proposed matter is within the areas of legal assistance that we provide.
We offer an initial 30-minute Peace-of-Mind Consultation that is billed at our hourly rate. If you decide to proceed with the planning or representation, the consultation fee is credited to the flat fee if you qualify for a flat fee. Heather prefers to initially meet with prospective clients in person at our office. However, if distance precludes an in-person meeting, a video conference may be possible.
We also offer an initial 15-minute telephone call, to get to know you and answer any preliminary questions. Please note that we are not able to provide specific legal advice during this time.
We offer flat fees for estate planning, long-term care planning and special needs planning clients who qualify. Otherwise, we charge hourly.
